By offering our services through online platforms, we hope to make the process more convenient and accessible for all parties involved," said the Director of the Kentucky Office of Dispute Resolution, Sarah Johnson.The online mediation services will be conducted by certified mediators who have undergone specialized training to facilitate virtual sessions. Participants will have the option to schedule mediation sessions at their convenience and from the comfort of their own homes.Additionally, the online mediation platform will provide a secure and confidential way for parties to communicate and work towards finding mutually agreeable solutions to their disputes.
