"This system will not only save time and resources, but it will also help ensure that cases are processed expeditiously and with greater accuracy."Attorneys who wish to file documents electronically will be required to register with the Appellate Court's online portal and pay a small fee for each filing. Once registered, attorneys can submit documents in PDF format and will receive confirmation of their filing along with a unique tracking number for their case.The new system has already received positive feedback from attorneys who have used it. Attorney Sarah Lee, who recently filed a brief using the electronic system, praised its user-friendly interface and convenience."I found the new electronic filing system to be extremely easy to use," Lee said.
