Juan Burgos

Juan C. Burgos is a Venezuelan-American attorney in Orlando, FL, specializing in Bankruptcy and Personal Injury. A UF and FAMU Law alumnus, he founded his firm in 2010 to provide accessible legal counsel to the Central Florida Hispanic community.

Early Life and Career

Burgos was born and raised in Maracaibo, Venezuela. He immigrated to the United States in 1994. Before entering the legal profession, he worked various jobs, including as a computer technician for IBM Global Services and a billing clerk for Bayside Healthcare Centers. His experience in healthcare administration led to his interest in insurance law and clinical compliance.

Legal Career

Community Involvement

During law school, Burgos volunteered for the IRS VITA Program, providing free tax services to low-income individuals. He also served as a Certified Legal Intern at the State Attorney’s Office for the Ninth Judicial Circuit.
